Refunds will only be provided if there is an error on the part of IQP.
Final payments are due by 8pm on the day before your appointment. Please note that cash payments are not accepted.
If you are more than 20 minutes late for a regular session or 15 minutes late for a mini session, your appointment will be cancelled.
In case you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify IQP at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a fee of $50.
You can reschedule your appointment up to 3 weeks from the original scheduled date.
No Call, No Show clients will be automatically blocked from booking future appointments with Iconic Queens Photography.
Once a session is booked, it cannot be changed (e.g., a birthday session cannot be changed to a family session).
Sessions are non-transferable, meaning you cannot give your session to someone else (e.g., your mother, daughter, sister, brother, etc.).
Any session changes, including edits, outfits, and additional people, cannot be made on the day of or after your appointment.
Premium sessions cannot be downgraded to a regular session once booked.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused during the session, and horseplay is not allowed in the studio.
Unless provided by IQP, clients are responsible for bringing their own props, excluding sitting props.
Custom setups may require an additional fee based on their complexity.
Raw (unedited) images will not be given to clients.
Please do not add any filters to the photos.
If your photo gallery expires, there will be a $15 fee to reopen it.
All photos taken during the session belong to Iconic Queens Photography.
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to prioritize the health and safety of everyone involved.
Please arrive at your appointment on time. If your appointment is scheduled to start at 4pm, the door will be open at 4pm.
Please come prepared and dressed upon arrival.

Additional guests, including children, are not allowed inside of the studio except for those participating in the photoshoot.
